• Ticketmaster accounts (pre-registered and verified for resale use).
• Our services are intended for digital product buyers, particularly those in ticket resale communities.

2. User Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• You understand the nature of secondary ticket markets and assume all risks associated with their use.

3. Nature of Products

All sales are final. We do not guarantee:

• Ticket availability at the time of sale.
• Continued functionality of Ticketmaster accounts (including the possibility of suspension or bans).
• Any specific outcome from how you use the codes and accounts purchased.

You are solely responsible for how purchased codes and accounts are used.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Ticketmaster and associated platforms may prohibit automated buying, resale, or multiple accounts.
• Use of our products may be subject to their terms of use, which you are responsible for reviewing and following.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Ticketmaster or any artists.
• You agree not to hold us liable for any consequences related to account bans, revoked tickets, or legal actions from third parties.

5. Discord & Server Use

You may use our products in third-party community platforms (including Discord servers such as GFM, Altari, Ticketwave, and others). However, we do not control these communities and assume no liability for issues arising from their moderation decisions, enforcement actions, or rule changes.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are final. No refunds will be given once a product is delivered, except in the following limited cases:

• Non-delivery of the purchased product.
• Clear product malfunction that is reported and confirmed within 24 hours of purchase.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated without valid cause may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these payment and refund terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide products "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions.
• Ticket invalidation, revocation, or event cancellations.
• Loss of profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Legal actions, penalties, or claims resulting from your use of our services or products.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to deny service or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to the services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
• Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and we are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.
