Overview
BrokerHub provides digital tools, managed services, and private community access designed specifically for professional ticket resellers.
Our platform connects verified brokers with resources such as Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, and email account services, as well as workflow assistance — including phone number changes, inventory repricing, and Verified Fan or presale sign-ups.
By using BrokerHub or joining our private Discord network, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related updates.
Membership & Access
Access to BrokerHub services and private communities is available to approved members only. Membership may include automated or manual review for verification and compliance.
We may deny, limit, or terminate access at any time — with or without notice — if we detect abuse, policy violations, or activity that threatens the integrity of our systems or clients.
Access credentials (such as emails or ticketing accounts) are provided for operational use only. You agree not to share, resell, or disclose any credentials or information provided through BrokerHub.
Service Scope
Our services include but are not limited to:

Account creation and setup (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, Gmail, etc.)

Email and phone number replacements for existing broker accounts

Code sign-up and Verified Fan registration assistance

Some services may require additional verification or one-time setup fees. BrokerHub reserves the right to modify service availability or pricing at any time.
Payment Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once a service has been delivered or account access has been granted.
You are responsible for ensuring payments are made in the correct amount, to the correct destination, and with accurate order information.
BrokerHub will not honor or process chargebacks under any circumstances. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent suspension of your membership and denial of future service.
Refunds & Adjustments
Due to the nature of digital and account-based services, refunds cannot be provided after completion.
If a technical issue prevents access or delivery, contact our support team for review. Resolutions may include re-delivery, store credit, or other case-by-case options at our discretion.
